Our Recruitment Process
Meet our recruiter at FamilyCare – Anna Jones. Anna has a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management. She has worked in human resources and recruiting for 10 years, with a strong background in job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Anna is happy to guide you in joining FamilyCare by placing you in a role that will lead to a successful and rewarding career.
We are always seeking qualified candidates to join our team. To ensure we are recruiting for providers who share our mission, we work with local residency programs and recruiting firms, attend career fairs, and post on job boards, as well as other avenues.
Once you apply, we will review your information to determine if you are a qualified candidate for one of our current openings. If you are selected, we will contact you to discuss next steps in the recruitment process. These steps may include multiple interviews and onsite visits. If an employment offer is agreed upon, we will move forward with the onboarding process.
