We provide annual gynecological exams, preconception counseling, basic fertility evaluation, all methods of birth control, testing for infections, and other health services such as pap smears, mammograms, and other cancer screenings.
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare. We offer services on a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. For uninsured patients, our fees are based on income.

Facility
Our new, 7,000-square-foot facility houses eight exam rooms, two large birthing suites with birth tubs, and a waiting area for the family, all of which contribute to the family-friendly and personalized experience that FamilyCare offers. A large meeting room allows for educational opportunities for our patients.

Affordable, Accessible Healthcare
Our OB/GYN team provides a full range of care to meet all of your women’s health needs. Services include routine gynecologic care and surgery, birth control and family planning, menopause care, health screenings, basic fertility evaluation, and education.
Throughout your pregnancy, you are treated as an equal partner in your care. Prenatal appointments allow your family to explore the emotional and physical changes that come with pregnancy. We offer physician and nurse-midwife services and support, ultrasounds, prenatal testing, and childbirth preparation.
We provide one-on-one care, breastfeeding support, and comprehensive postpartum and newborn services in a personalized, low-intervention setting — covered by most major insurance plans, including WV Medicaid. If you prefer an epidural, our team can also care for you at CAMC Women & Children’s Hospital.
Our OB/GYN & Birth Center offers a personalized and family-friendly atmosphere for women to give birth and is covered by most major insurance plans, including WV Medicaid.
Our midwifery care is centered on providing personalized, high-quality medical support for women and their babies throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Our certified midwives empower you to make informed decisions about your care, honoring the natural progression of pregnancy and birth while always prioritizing safety. As trained medical professionals, our midwives closely monitor your health, advocate for you and your baby, and are highly skilled in identifying and managing complications should they arise. If preferred, our midwives can also assist with your care and delivery at Women and Children’s Hospital, ensuring continuity of care in the setting that feels right for you.
