FamilyCare is searching for a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife for the Charleston, WV area. Responsible for the provision of nurse-midwifery care, including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, neonatal and gynecologic care. Must be available to respond in person to Women & Children's Hospital and/or FamilyCare OB/GYN & Birth Center in Charleston, WV within 30 minutes of receiving a call.

Qualifications: Certification by the American College of Nurse Midwives, the ACNM Certification Council, or a successor organization, American Midwifery Certification Board; possess a license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to practice nurse-midwifery in the State of West Virginia. Maintain current RN license for the state of West Virginia. Acquire and maintain privileges as an independent allied health professional at Charleston Area Medical Center. If eligible, maintain prescriptive authority through the WV Board of Nurses.

FamilyCare Health Centers is searching for a full-time OB/GYN physician for the greater Charleston area. Candidates will need a valid license to practice medicine in West Virginia, with a current DEA license certificate. Candidates also need to be Board certified or Board eligible.

Physician will provide the full range of obstetrics and gynecology specialty services, including outpatient visits and procedures, inpatient deliveries and surgeries.

FamilyCare Health Centers is looking for a full –time Psychologist (MA or PhD/PsyD) or a Social Worker. Seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred or would also consider a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the St. Albans mobile unit, Patrick St, and Boone County Schools locations. This position will provide comprehensive behavioral health and substance use assessment, evidence-based treatment and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients. FamilyCare Health Centers is looking for full time Medical Assistants for our Madison, Patrick St, St. Albans, and Teays Valley locations. The Medical Assistant is responsible for assisting Providers with direct patient care through clinical duties and telephone care. Assist medical support staff with clerical duties, computer data entry, and referrals.

The Dental Assistant will be responsible for assisting dental provider render dental care through clinical duties and assist in dental health education to patients. Maintain equipment is in operating order and meet standards for health and safety, implement proper and current infection control duties as per clinic's procedures and protocol.

The qualifications are as follows:
High school diploma or GED certificate. Completed dental assistant training course from an approved CDA program, experience as a dental assistant preferred. If eligible, perform expanded duties for restorative and coronal polishing under the direct supervision of a dentist as defined by the WV Board of Dentistry.

The Patient Contact Center Representative will be responsible for obtaining accurate information when scheduling, obtaining accurate and complete information when taking phone messages/patient cases, following standardized schedule templates, routing calls appropriately, scheduling appointments, and any other duties as assigned.

FamilyCare Health Centers is searching for a full-time chronic care management coordinator (LPN) whom would help to oversee the comprehensive patient assessments upon entry and during the lifespan of their care. Candidates should be able to develop and implement individualized patient care plans that would be goal driven and focus on disease management education while empowering the patient to reach these goals through assisting and maintaining contact with patients and their families to make sure they have access to community resources. This role will also be responsible for helping to reduce barriers to care and ensure proper documentation of all encounters with patients per organizational policies.

Requirements:
This position requires an active, unencumbered WV LPN license of 3 years with excellent communication, telephonic and computer skills. Experience in chronic care management preferred.

FamilyCare Health Centers is searching for a Quality Program Specialist. This position is responsible for overseeing and monitoring quality improvement activities, promote improvement of quality measures across the organization while remaining in compliance with measures, regulations for payers, various programs, and state/federal guidelines.

Qualifications are as follows:
Active RN or LPN License, minimum of one-year experience, strong clinical and computer skills. Must be proficient in excel spreadsheets and interpreting reports. 2 years’ experience in value based care

FamilyCare Health Centers is searching for a Health Information Technology Specialist. This position is responsible for managing and supporting FamilyCare’s athenahealth EHR, Dentrix or other software, along with patient communications and care coordination functions.

Qualifications are as follows:
Bachelor's degree in informatics, information technology, business science or equivalent combination of education and experience or additional one-year experience may substitute education requirement, minimum of five years of health care, informatics, computer science or related field, experience working with health care data and performing comprehensive drill down analyses from both a clinical and or business perspective

FamilyCare Health Centers is looking for a Clinical and Safety Manager. This position is responsible for research, planning, implementing, and evaluating the emergency and safety programs for the organization. Responsible to develop and maintain clinical associate competencies, education, and safety training for the organization. Coordinate preceptors for clinical associates, mentorship, and student learning.

Qualifications are as follows:
Minimum License Practical Nurse (LPN) license required, Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred, Five years of experience providing direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, Experience in urgent or emergency protocols, and OSHA Guidelines for health care, CPR certification, Instructor preferred for ACLS, PALS, and FIT testing certifications, Three years of management and project management or clinical education experience, Strong analytic skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking, Outstanding written communication, verbal communication, and computer skills.

FamilyCare is looking for an individual whom can comply and maintain the most up to date, accurate data for all of our providers. Including overseeing all proper credentialing and re-credentialing for providers in accordance with regulations. Being able to maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage among other required credentialing documentation while also tracking these to make sure no providers have any expiration notices. Also be able to maintain provider contracts along with current health plan requirements to keep credentialing in compliance including ensuring that all practice addresses are current with health plans. Continue to maintain and oversee collaborative agreements with all providers.

FamilyCare is looking for an individual whom would be responsible for generating third party and patient billing, while compiling statistical reports, and posting payments among other duties. Candidates should be able to review data for accuracy and make edits to ensure proper claim generation. Also, be able to review insurance information and ensure that the payer specific requirements are met prior to the claim submission. Be able to submit claims electronically along with an ability to work directly with insurance companies, providers, and patients to answer any inquiries regarding the claim and or reimbursement issues. This individual should be able to audit, confirm, and submit all documentation necessary to verify patient insurance eligibility among other duties.

FamilyCare Health Centers is looking for an individaul whom would be responsible for the supervision and coordination of billing and collection associates. This candidate should be able to provide oversight for credentialing of all providers and site locations. Will also perform billing and collection duties in accordance with FamilyCare Health Centers policies and procedures. This individual will oversee operations of the billing department and be responsible for conducting annual billing and coding for external and internal audits. Also will be in charge of evaluating, implementing and workng with EHR vendors to assure the highest efficiency within our billing department.
