Qualifications for the position: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources required, understanding basic HR functions and best practices, excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent time-management and organizational skills and proficiency in MS office required.

FamilyCare Health Centers is seeking a full-time Development Manager for the greater Charleston WV area. The Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic development plan that includes achieving fundraising goals; engaging individual and foundation donors; and grant identification, submission, and management to meet organizational objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of development, fundraising experience in the nonprofit industry
• Verifiable, successful development campaign experience
• Excellent communication (oral, listening and speaking), diplomacy, discretion and presentation skills
• Event management experience
