FamilyCare Health Centers is seeking a full-time Development Manager for the greater Charleston WV area. The Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic development plan that includes achieving fundraising goals; engaging individual and foundation donors; and grant identification, submission, and management to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field required.

• Minimum of three years of development, fundraising experience in the nonprofit industry

• Verifiable, successful development campaign experience

• Excellent communication (oral, listening and speaking), diplomacy, discretion and presentation skills

• Event management experience

FamilyCare is searching for a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife for the Charleston, WV area. Responsible for the provision of nurse-midwifery care, including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, neonatal and gynecologic care. Must be available to respond in person to Women & Children's Hospital and/or FamilyCare OB/GYN & Birth Center in Charleston, WV within 30 minutes of receiving a call.

Qualifications: Certification by the American College of Nurse Midwives, the ACNM Certification Council, or a successor organization, American Midwifery Certification Board; possess a license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to practice nurse-midwifery in the State of West Virginia. Maintain current RN license for the state of West Virginia. Acquire and maintain privileges as an independent allied health professional at Charleston Area Medical Center. If eligible, maintain prescriptive authority through the WV Board of Nurses.

FamilyCare Health Centers is searching for a full-time OB/GYN physician for the greater Charleston area. Candidates will need a valid license to practice medicine in West Virginia, with a current DEA license certificate. Candidates also need to be Board certified or Board eligible.

Physician will provide the full range of obstetrics and gynecology specialty services, including outpatient visits and procedures, inpatient deliveries and surgeries. Competitive salary and benefits. EOE.

FamilyCare is searching for a Full-Time Dentist. Applicants must have a valid license to practice dentistry in the State of West Virginia, issued by the WV Board of Dentistry. The Dentist will provide clinical dental services and preventive dental care in a community health care setting. Dental providers are expected to manage all patients and conditions within the scope of their training and approved privileges.

FamilyCare Health Centers is looking for a full –time Psychologist (MA or PhD/PsyD) or a Social Worker. Seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred or would also consider a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the St. Albans, WV area. FamilyCare Health Centers is hiring for a full time Clinical Manager. The Clinical Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the clinical support services to ensure the delivery of adequate and competent patient care. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license (four years of additional nursing experience can substitute for RN requirement); five years of experience providing direct patient care in an ambulatory setting; three years of management experience; strong analytic skills, problem-solving and critical thinking; maintains a valid, unencumbered driver’s license throughout employment; must be able to frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds or more. FamilyCare Health Centers is looking for a full time purchasing agent. The purchasing agent is responsible for purchasing supplies and maintaining inventory for all FamilyCare locations.
The qualifications are as follows:
• Bachelor’s Degree required with a minimum of two year’s experience in purchasing and inventory management (three years of additional purchasing and inventory experience may substitute for education requirement).
• Strong analytic skills, problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds or more.

The qualifications are as follows:
High school diploma or GED certificate. Completed dental assistant training course from an approved CDA program, experience as a dental assistant preferred.
