Although we’re often unaware of it, many of the practices that are most beneficial to our physical health are helpful in promoting mental wellness, too.
Examples of these practices include
getting a minimum of eight hours of sleep per night,
eating plenty of fruits and vegetables,
and being active for at least 30 minutes per day.
This could even be as simple as taking a walk around your neighborhood.
