FamilyCare’s COVID-19 Response
FamilyCare Health Centers wants to keep you up to date on what we are doing in response to the Coronavirus. Please keep checking back as change happens quickly, and we will frequently be updating.
When visiting one of our facilities:
Anyone visiting FamilyCare facilities will be screened upon entry. You will be asked a list of questions to gauge your risk, and your temperature will be taken. We are asking that you come alone if it is possible, but if you need a caregiver or assistance, please note that the person will be screened as well. All facilities will be closed from 12-1 daily, and no one will be screened or allowed entry during this time.
Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order 21-20 to protect the safety of the public, FamilyCare is limiting public access to all of our facilities. No more than two patients per one thousand square feet may occupy our facilities at any time. Each facility has the occupancy clearly posted in 5 locations.
Please remember to maintain six feet of distance between you and others when inside FamilyCare.
Call Before You Visit
We urge all patients who may have been exposed to COVID-19 to call prior to visiting.
Are you concerned that you may have been exposed to COVID-19? Have you lived in or traveled to Washington, New York, California, or any international location in the past 14 days? Have you had exposure to someone who has the COVID-19 virus? Do you have a fever and/or symptoms such as a cough or shortness of breath?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, please call your provider’s office before you visit. Your call will be answered promptly, and we will provide instructions on how we can best care for you. Contact information for all of our locations can be found here.
