Prescription Savings Program
FamilyCare’s Prescription Savings Program allows us to partner with local pharmacies to provide discounted medications to eligible patients.
Uninsured patients can receive, on average, a 40% discount on the cost of their drugs.
The following Prescription Savings cards are available:
- CaptureRx: For use at Danville Pharmacy, Fruth Pharmacies, Miller Brothers Pharmacy, Trinity Infusion, Van Pharmacy, and Kroger Pharmacy.
- CVS: For use at participating CVS locations.
- Walgreens: For use at participating Walgreens locations.
- Aventi: For use at Mountaineer Drug.
To apply for this program, ask a FamilyCare staff member about a sliding fee scale application.
This program is only for FamilyCare patients and only for prescriptions written by a FamilyCare health care provider—a doctor, nurse midwife, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or dentist.
Your Prescription Savings Card cannot be shared with anyone else.
